Arrival at Ocean Outpost: Begin your adventure at CHUKKA OCEAN OUTPOST, where you will be welcomed and briefed before heading to Lethe.
Journey to Lethe: Travel through the scenic countryside to the picturesque community of Lethe, nestled on the bank of a magnificent stretch of the Great River and surrounded by lush valleys and tranquil gardenscapes.
River Bamboo Rafting Experience: Step aboard a hand-crafted 30-foot bamboo raft piloted by a certified expert raft captain. Glide along the cool waters, taking in the serene beauty of the rolling hills and learning about the rich history and culture of the Lethe community, a former banana plantation estate now home to garden experiences and river excursions.
Relaxing Raft Ride: As you float down the river, your raft captain will share stories about the land, the lifestyle, and the flora of historic Jamaica. Enhance your 'limo on the river' experience with a classic Lethe village treat—a limestone foot rub and a choice of a bottle of prosecco with two flutes, or four cans of cold Red Stripe (light beer also available) and a coconut with two bamboo straws.
Return to Ocean Outpost: After your relaxing and culturally immersive river rafting experience, return to CHUKKA OCEAN OUTPOST, where your adventure concludes.
