- Weight Restrictions
- Bamboo Rafting - Maximum weight 550 lbs combined (2 persons per raft) with one person not exceeding 300 lbs. Single-person rafts have a max weight of 300 lbs combined
- Zipline – Maximum weight 265 lbs
- River Tubing/Kayaking – Maximum weight 275 lbs
- E-bikes - 265 lbs
- Age Restrictions
- Bamboo Rafting / Zipline / River Tubing - Minimum age is 6 yrs
- E-bikes - Minimum age is 10 years with parent supervision
- Appleton Rum Tasting – Minimum age 18 yrs
- Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years
- Height Restrictions
- Waterslide – Minimum height 4 ft
- Sneakers (closed toe shoes are mandatory for zipline and e-bikes) or closed-toe water shoes
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Water tours are dependent on weather conditions and on rare occasions maybe suspended
- Lockers and aqua shoes are available for purchase
