Chukka Caribbean Adventures held its first Wellness Workshop in Jamaica at RIU Montego Bay on Saturday, November 24^th 2018. The day’s events were lead by Dr. Tanya Beaubrun and attendees included 44 of Chukka’s Management Team Members, along with CEO Marc Melville.

Dr. Tanya Beaubrun, based in St. Lucia, is a family physician specializing in integrative and functional medicine, as well as a certified wellness and lifestyle empowerment coach and a motivational speaker and author. She’s spent several years as an advocate for holistic wellness and is passionate about bringing heart and soul back into the practice of medicine.

The four hour workshop covered many topics on living a healthy and wholesome lifestyle. This included information on nutrition, weight management, environment, social environment, spirituality, emotional health and more. Afterwards, a team lunch was enjoyed by all before departing.
