Do all our tours go out on a daily basis?

Do you transfer from Montego Bay into Ocho Rios and vice versa?
No, we only transfer to and from our CHUKKA locations.
Do the tours still go out if it rains?
Yes the tours do go out if the rain falls however depending on how the weather condition is.
I cannot see whether your tours include pickup or drop off from hotels? Can you please advise?
Our tours include complimentary round-trip transfer.
Do you offer travel agent commissions?
Yes we do. Travel Agents receive a 15% commission on all tours booked through our reservations department and can receive additional incentives based on volume. Visit our Travel Agent
Where do we leave our personal items when we are going on a tour?
We provide lockers at our various locations that range between $3-5 USD.
What is the required foot wear for the Zipline Canopy tour?
Do you accommodate kids under 6 years?
Unfortunately our tours do not cater to kids under 6. We do have wonderful amenities for mothers and fathers to relax, while the rest of their family heads out to play.
What age range do you consider kids?
Age 6-12. 13 and over is considered an adult.
Is lunch offered with all your tours?
No. We only offer lunch on our combination tours.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Guests may reschedule a tour for a different time or day at no charge provided that this is done 24 hours before the original tour time.The cancellation penalties rates are as follows:a. Within 48 hours of tour time – 50% penalty
b. Within 24 hours of tour time – 100% penaltyNo refunds will be made if the guest fails to join a tour, joins it after departure, or leaves it prior to its completion.
Where do we meet you for pick up?
Please meet us in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pick up time.
I am a Costco client or have a tour voucher. Can I use my voucher to book my tour online?

Do you offer tours in Negril, Jamaica?
We offer tours from Negril and provide transportation to all CHUKKA Montego Bay locations.
